The Canton Joint Recreation District will be offering free outdoor pickleball this June 2017 Pickleball is a mix between tennis and ping pong; it is played on a court smaller than a tennis court and uses a paddle that is smaller than a traditional tennis racquet. The pickleball itself is similar to whiffle ball and does not have the speed of a tennis ball.Beginning June 2017, those interested in playing can go to Stadium Park Equipment is provided to newcomers, however, supply is limited.
