There are No Registration fees only event fees with Masters 0ver 50s and Seniors over 65s discounts . NO REGISTRATION FEES ONLY EVENT FEES: First event is $75 and $10 discount per added event ( Masters 50+ is $65 for first event and Seniors 65+ only $55 for first event (plus $5 software fee per player NOT per event as per other software providers) If you are not a member of USA Pickleball or need to renew go to www.usapickleball.org and join as a challenger member for only $12 a year which includes many benefits and discounts including : 1) Eligibilty to play in USA Pickleball sanctioned tournaments <Golden ticket and Nationals . 2) FREE sleeve of Franklin X40 Balls( new members only) 3) Access to talored educational content and exclusive member emails 4) By playing in any USAP Sanctioned event such as this tournament Long Beach open you will get points in the USAP Tiered Point System (TPS) which will help you qualify for the USAP Nationals! All events are round robin with close as possible DUPR levels per 8 Saturday September 19 From 10 am - Open Women's & Men's Doubles Events (will be split to correct DUPR Levels for every 8 Pairs) and over 50s and 60s events 2pm :Beginning Tournament players switching Partner event (enter as an individual and you will have a new partner each game) . Sunday September 20 - From 10am Open Mixed Doubles Events (will be split to correct DUPR Levels for every 8 Pairs as a round robin event with madal palyoffs) Sunday September 20 m from 1:00 pm - Open Women's & Men's Singles Events ( 4.0 + is Double elimination ) 3.0 and 3.5-3.99 are Round Robin with Medal Palyoffs) ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ All Events are normal Side-Out Scoring (except for singles Round robin events that have 7 or more players will be Rally scoring) All Doubles Events are Round Robin for a maximum of 8 pairs (divided as DUPR 3.0; 3.5; 4.0; and Open Divisions) per 4 courts to insure minimal waiting time. Each Level is then split into Medal events 1 vs 2 for Gold and 3 vs 4 for Bronze medals. Allow up to 4 hours to complete your Event, inclusive of the Finals. All entrants receive a 20% discount on all products at www.paikasports.com with the Discount Code WPA20 applied at Checkout and a FREE Dental kit from Modern Dentistry ------------ REFUND POLICY Credit to another WPA Tournament (www.worldpickleballtournaments.com) or a $ refund is available due to your event cancelled due to lack of numbers and we can't offer you another event.
