The event is designed to provide competitive, balanced play through combined team DUPR divisions. Each team must consist of: Two women Two men One designated team captain Four players with valid DUPR profiles The planned divisions are: DUPR 14 (max 14.25) DUPR 16 (max 16.25) DUPR 18 (max 18.25) Division Eligibility Calculating a Team’s DUPR Total The team total is calculated as follows: Woman 1 + Woman 2 + Man 1 + Man 2 = Combined Team DUPR Example: Player DUPR Woman 1 3.50 Woman 2 3.25 Man 1 3.75 Man 2 3.50 Combined Team DUPR 14.00 This team qualifies for the DUPR 14 Division. A combined rating of 14.26 would exceed the division limit. Division Limits Division Maximum Combined Rating Recommended Individual Cap DUPR 14 14.25 No player above 4.00 DUPR 16 16.25 No player above 4.50 DUPR 18 18.25 No player above 5.00 Team Rosters Each team registers exactly four primary players: Two women Two men Every player may compete for only one team in the tournament unless the Tournament Director authorizes otherwise. The Tournament Director reserves the right to review team composition and move, reject or reclassify a team when its roster is inconsistent with the intended competitive level of a division. Providing false, incomplete or misleading rating information may result in reclassification or disqualification without a refund. Team Match Format Each team-versus-team match consists of four regulation doubles games: Women’s Doubles Men’s Doubles Mixed Doubles No. 1 Mixed Doubles No. 2 All four team members participate in every team match. Each woman must play in one mixed doubles game, and each man must play in one mixed doubles game. The first team to win three games wins the team match. If one team wins the first three games, the fourth scheduled game may still be played for standings and DUPR purposes unless the Tournament Director announces otherwise. If the teams tie 2 to 2, then a singles match will be played out to 15 win by 1. The roster is summited and rotating players after 4 points are played out. The singles tie breaker determines which team wins the match. TEAM EVENT Game Scoring Traditional side-out scoring will be used. Regulation games will be played to 11. Games must be won by one point. USA Pickleball rules will govern play except where modified by these tournament rules. Teams will switch ends according to the applicable USA Pickleball rule or as directed by tournament staff. The Tournament Director may modify scoring because of weather, court availability, time limitations or other operational circumstances. Any modification will be announced to all affected teams. Injuries and Incomplete Teams A team must have all four eligible players available to complete the full match format. If a player becomes injured or is unable to continue, the Tournament Director will determine whether: An approved alternate may enter The affected game is forfeited The entire team match is forfeited The team must withdraw A team may not replace a player with an unapproved substitute or a higher DUPR rating. Age and rating must be like or similar to replacement player. Tournament staff may stop a match when continuing would create an unreasonable safety risk. ▶ CONFIRMED REGISTRATION: Doubles Registration Statuses: 1. REGISTERED (In "MAIN" Section of Player List): - To be fully Registered and Confirmed for a team event, both players must have completed registration and paid for the event (Entry Fee & Division Fee). 2. PENDING (In "WAITLIST" Section of Player List): - If a player has been invited to join a registered player as a teammate, the team is NOT fully Registered and Confirmed until both players have completed registration. Teams will not be included in the tournament draw if registration is not fully completed. ▶ EVENT REGISTRATION CHANGES & WITHDRAWS: - If you need to make a change to your Registration Status in any Event (Change Events, Add Partner or Withdraw Completely), please use the EDIT REGISTRATION button on the Event Page. Please include the following information: - Full Name - Tournament Name (ie. Denver, CO - USA Paddle Tap Pickleball @ Country Club of Coral Springs - Event Name (Attempting to Register for OR already Registered for) (ie. Women's Singles UTR-P 5.0: 65+) - Partner Full Name (if Applicable) ▶ SKILL LEVELS: - Skill levels offered are DUPR 3.0 to DUPR 5.0+ ▶ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: - Based on resource restraints (courts, time, officials, etc), the Tournament Director reserves the right to combine a bracket if needed. These decisions are made to help provide the best player experience possible. ▶ CANCELLATION DEADLINE: - September 19th, 2026 - If you withdraw before the CANCELLATION DEADLINE above, you will be issued a full refund. - No refunds or credits for any reason after (September 19th, 2026). ▶ REGISTRATION FEES: - Entry Fee (per player): $75 per player per division/$110 for Moneyball per player per divisions/ $100 per player for team divisions. Moneyball divisions: - $80 of the $110 of each Moneyball registration will be placed into the prize pool. Payouts will be determined by total number of entries. 10 entries or more: Payouts will be for 1st - 50% , 2nd - 30%, 3rd - 20% Entries less than 10 teams will only pay out for 1st & 2nd place.
